What products do you use from local breweries and distilleries?

We use the spent barley and residual yeasts from several local breweries (Silvermoon, Three Creeks, and Riverbend), which provides not only an extremely healthy, well-rounded diet, but great flavor as well. The distiller’s spent grains provide the sugar backbone to allow more greater marbling and tenderness in our meat.

How do I order online?

Just go to and place your order. Please note—some meats are sold as packages, and others are sold per pound. If you have any further questions, contact us directly at (559) 681-1310 or (559)389-9137.

Is the cost I pay online final?

Yes. The only difference will be whether there is shipping or not. Drop offs in Tumalo, or delivery if previously discussed, will not incur a charge. Just pick drop off and leave a message if you have any special requests, and we will do our best to accommodate.

How do you ship the meat?

We use insulated boxes along with dry ice to ship the meats, so the products stay frozen until delivery.
